Do you know the TPM module?

The most significant difference between Windows 11 and previous versions is the use of TPM 2.0.

All MSI laptops with a 10th and 11th generation Intel processor already have a TPM 2.0. So you don’t have to worry!

In the event that your laptop’s TPM 2.0 is disabled, this is what you will see after launching the PC Health checker application.

Stuck in TPM

If you experience this problem, you must enable TPM 2.0 in the BIOS to continue. You can refer to the tutorial video of updating to Windows 11 to know the method to follow.

Back up your data before starting the update
You never know what can happen during a major update. It is therefore very important to back up all your data before starting the update to Windows 11.

To back up your data, you can use your external storage devices or cloud space. For the factory image of the operating system, you must prepare a key with a free space of at least 32 GB. Note that all data stored in the key will be erased.

Connect the USB drive to your laptop, open the MSI Center software, select “Support”, “MSI Recovery” and follow the instructions given in MSI Center.
